After graduating from Chico State with a degree in Studio Art, Joelle started out as a makeup artist for CHANEL cosmetics. While learning on the job with Chanel, she attended makeup school to solidify her technique, learn airbrushing, and become a certified artist. She worked as a full time artist in Los Angeles for over five years, and has had the adventures of working on a fascinating PBS series, hectic award shows, beach photoshoots, midnight music videos and the earliest of early KTLA morning shows. Not to mention- countless weddings!!
     Joelle now lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and two sweet cats, painting watercolors in her spare time.  She loves the transformative power of makeup and strives to help women feel their absolute best!
